Terms of Service

Last updated: September 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Atlas Seminar platform and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the security of your classroom data.

Use of the Service

Atlas Seminar is designed for classroom seminar games for teachers and students. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.

Payments and Refunds

Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for paid Atlas Seminar subscriptions. Prices are stated in USD and applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Your first four months of Compass are free for being here early, and no payment method is required to start the gift. No automatic charge occurs when the gift ends. During the final 30 days, an eligible account may keep Compass for the $24 USD/year founding rate, one-third off the standard annual price. Accepting it charges $24 USD immediately, ends the remaining gift period, and begins a paid year that renews at $24 USD/year unless cancelled. If the offer is not accepted, the gift expires and the account returns to Star-gazer; Compass may then be purchased for $6 USD/month or $36 USD/year. Astrolabe is an annual software subscription with higher automated software limits. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Noncompliance with these Terms may result in suspension without refund.

Cancellation, access, and Shelf Vault

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period shown in Lemon Squeezy unless Lemon Squeezy states otherwise. Compass gifts and paid access expire automatically at their server-recorded end time. When a plan no longer supports the number of saved decks or seminars in an account, the excess materials remain preserved but are frozen in Shelf Vault until an eligible plan restores access. A refund can end the related paid entitlement and restore the next valid access source, if any.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the service.Atlas Seminar retains all rights to its software, branding, and materials.

If you submit a deck to the Public Deck Library, the Library Submission Agreement shown and accepted at submission also applies. That agreement controls Library publication, moderation, attribution, copying, adaptation, and delisting where it is more specific than these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks other users or our platform. You may stop using the service at any time.
