Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident using Atlas Seminar. This policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through our platform.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be initiated by the account holder who made the purchase. We may ask for details about your classroom use so we can understand and address the issue.
Digital Services
Atlas Seminar subscriptions are digital software services sold through Lemon Squeezy and billed in USD with applicable tax calculated at checkout. The four-month Compass founding gift requires no payment method and creates no charge to refund. Accepting the $24 USD/year founding rate during the final 30 days charges immediately and ends the remaining gift period. Because the service is delivered digitally, we generally provide refunds only when there are material platform issues we cannot resolve promptly. Misuse of the service or violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
Effect on Access
An approved refund may end the refunded subscription entitlement. Atlas then resolves the next valid access source, such as an unexpired promotion or a permanent founder grant. If no higher entitlement remains, saved materials over the free-plan allowance are preserved in Shelf Vault and become available again when access is restored.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our team at support@atlasseminar.com with your account email, purchase details, and a description of the issue. We review each request in good faith and will confirm eligibility or offer alternatives such as account credits.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary based on the payment method.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy as our offerings evolve. Substantial changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
